Sour Cream Recipe:
MIRELURK STEAK NACHOS & SWAMP HORSERADISH SOUR CREAM Recipe
MIRELURK STEAK NACHOS & SWAMP HORSERADISH SOUR CREAM Ingredients:
1. steak (don't use raw beef, make sure somewhat cooked)
2. chips
3. cheese
4. wasbi or horseradish
5. sour cream (can use plain greek yogurt)
6. black pepper
7. green food coloring (**optional yellow also)
MIRELURK STEAK NACHOS & SWAMP HORSERADISH SOUR CREAM Instructions: #1-9
1. Preheat oven or toaster over to 350
2. spread out your nacho chips in a pan or cookie sheet ( Optional use parchment paper )
3. place your steak on the chips
4. sprinkle cheese on top
5. Bake 5 minutes and check to see if steak has cooked to your liking
6. 1 horseradish or wasbi to 6 parts sour cream
(example: 1 teaspoon of horseradish to 6 teaspoons sour cream) 7. add a little black pepper
8. stir and taste (add more horseradish to your liking)
9. once sour cream is to your liking start with 5 drops of green food coloring and stir
(if using wasbi, no food coloring is needed)
**(yellow food coloring can be added to tweak the green coloring)
