Event: Eviction Notice is a public event in Fallout 76, introduced in the Test Your Metal update. It has a recommended player level of 50. Detailed walkthrough
Eviction Notice is one of the hardest events in Fallout 76 due to the amount of enemies and its potential to fail. The event encourages players to be camped near the super mutant's spawn points, though it also requires some players to be near the rad scrubber to protect it as some super mutants may slip through. So it is an excellent challenge to go up against as a solo player.
If the rad scrubber is about to be destroyed, players should keep their distance from it. Those protecting the rad scrubber should wear power armor in case it breaks down. When destroyed, it leaks lots of radiation. If it is destroyed, a player must survive the radiation and repair it. Players who die will respawn a distance away.

Quest stages
A distress radio signal coming from the Foundation Outpost will need investigated. Just move into area and check the Foundation Outpost. Super Mutants will already be in the area around the rad scrubber that's in the crater. Find and repair the rad scrubber and lower the radiation in the area. Super Mutants will begin to attack the machine. Keep machine running for the entire event by destroying all Super Mutants and repairing the scrubber as needed.

DESTROY ALL MEAT BAGS!!

The meat bags need to be destroyed. Best to do this at the beggining right after you repair the rad scrubber and come back and repair scrubber as needed. (refer to video for meat bag locations ). There are 6 meat bags in all with over six possible locations. Once meat bags have been destroyed define the scrubber. Stay close to scrubber so you can run back in time to repair it if you need to.

It has a recommended player level of 50. How do I complete Fallout 76 Event Eviction Notice? How do I play Eviction Notice FO76? Quick walkthrough: 1. Listen to the broadcast from Kenneth Dean and arrive at the spot in the camp. You have 5 minutes to get there once the event triggers at the top of the hour or as a random event any time during the day. 2. Find and repair the rad scrubber. You have two minutes to race into the center of the crater/hole and repair the genterator-looking item. Super Mutants will begin to descend on the scrubber and you. 3. Destroy the six meat bags. They seem to be random spawns at nine to ten different locations so you do have to hunt for them and you have to destroy all 6 to succeed. 4. Defend the rad scrubber while fighting off waves of super mutants until time runs out and the event concludes. If the scrubber gets broken, repair it in the ( I believe 20 seconds you have to repair it or again you will fail the event. ) Keep the scrubber going until the timer runs out and you win. “Eviction Notice” is a challenging new Public Event tuned for higher-level characters.
